The aim of the module is to integrate hr management functions and job descriptions to drive talent management processes. It helps organizations to build a job library, integrate job content (competencies, skills, and education, certification and physical requirements) within Human Capital Management systems, and institute a governance program to ensure it’s always up-to-date.

An automated organizational job description management process enables the organization to automatically generate appraisals, assessments, and job requisitions based on the job descriptions thereby providing them with an accurate understanding into what their job entails their responsibilities and other important specifications which assists in maintaining focus. It provides quick access to up-to-date, consistent job descriptions to better understand roles, responsibilities, expectations, and career opportunities thereby providing greater accountability by ensuring all employees are aware of job responsibilities that are aligned with organizational goals and priorities.
